Staff are available to help you with referrals and trip planning Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. You can call after 7:00 pm and on the weekends and leave a message which will be returned promptly during normal call center hours.
In Tompkins County call 2-1-1 or 1-877-211-8667 toll-free.
2-1-1 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help you connect to the resources you need including information about transportation services that are available to help you get to your medical appointments.

In Tompkins County, the Collaborative Solutions Network CARE Teams (Collaborate, Align, Respond, Engage) assemble an interdisciplinary team to work with individuals facing social and emotional challenges. By bringing together an interdisciplinary team in a convenient location for the individual, transportation needs and time spent scheduling and attending meetings is reduced.
